Welcome to Flowercraft Designs – a small business situated in Askernish on the beautiful Island of South Uist forming part of the Western Isles of Scotland.

The business specialises in its own unique range of handmade cards and hand poured candles decorated with hebridean island flowers, sea shells, sand and peat.

The art of flower pressing began - on the kitchen table - as a hobby for Mairi about eight years ago when cards were decorated and sold as a local crafts product.  Since then demand for cards has steadily grown - other crafts have been introduced and a workshop has been built.
